Terms and Conditions for Ammo Club Annual Subscription Service
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of RS Shooting Sport’s Annual subscription service ("Ammo Club"). By subscribing to and using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to the Service.
2. Subscription
2.1 Payment: By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the annual subscription fee that will be billed monthly as specified on our website or in your subscription agreement. The ammo club is $35 a month for 12 calendar months.
2.2 Billing Cycle: The Service operates on a monthly billing cycle, and your subscription fee will be automatically charged to your designated payment method on the date of each billing cycle.
2.3 Cancellation Fee: If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of your initial subscription term, you will be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in Section 3 below.
3. Cancellation and Termination
3.1 Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team in person at RS Shooting Sports. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your initial subscription term, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to [$420.00] dollars.
3.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. In such cases, we will provide you with a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription fee.
3.3 Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the Service, and any outstanding balance on your account, including the cancellation fee, will become due immediately.
4. Subscription Benefits
4.1 Ammo Purchases: Your subscription allows you to purchase ammunition at dealer costs, which includes a 7% processing fee over distributor pricing. Dealer costs may vary based on current market conditions and distributor pricing.
4.2 All orders are to be placed and picked up in store and subject to current availability from our distributors at time of purchase.
4.3 Orders containing 5+ cases of ammo will be considered a bulk order. All bulk orders need to be picked up same day as arrival unless previously arranged with RS Shooting Sports Staff. If not approved prior, order will be subjected to $25 a day storage fee. Storage fees will need to be paid in full prior to pick up.
5. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service or any products or services purchased through the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Queen Anne’s County, Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
